I have had the A. Lange & Sohne Richard Lange Pink Gold (232.032) watch for 3 years, its broken twice and ran out of batteries twice. The I-beam group has taken excellent care of me in replacing the batteries and fixing my watch. I can say that I have no problem recommending or buyinh an I-beam watch. If not for the customer service buy it for the flashlight, its too useful.
