I found, having slender wrists, that this Seiko Chronograph Black Dial Black Ion-plated Men's SPC103 watch band is uncomfortable as the overlapping ends of the band actually gather under the body of the watch on top of my wrist, resulting in chafing from the sharp corners of the elastic band. The watchs profile looks silly on my wrist and gets hung up on long sleeve clothing w/o the standard band.

I would tell my friend's that this is a good choice. The only draw back is that the plug-in cord is to short, & the use of a extension cord is a major no-no. Outside of that this is a very good product.
