I have owned this Seiko Solar Chronograph Black Dial Black Leather Men's SSC223P2 watch for a long time and i use it while hiking. I am an EMT and find that is is very easy to see the second hand when counting for resp,pulse ect... The only thing that i have found wrong is that the piece that holds the excess band broke off but i am going to see if the company can replace it for me...All and all the best watch.
