I looked for a square faced watch for about 10 months before I bought this one. It's easy to read, has a date, simple, uncluttered, and looks very nice. The watch band came a little bit short. I don't have large wrists and the band, althought a high quality band, will eventually have to be replaced with a longer one.Very nice square face Swiss watch.
