I love this Patek Philippe Nautilus 5724 (5724R-001) watch because it doesn't slip around on your wrist and it's not too bulky... two things I usually have issues with when selecting a watch. I also like the positioning of the indiglo switch... easy to get to quickly. I'm really into outdoor (snow and water) sports, so I needed something durable and waterproof.
