I am a woman with a rather small wrist and bought this Patek Philippe Tourbillon Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar 5207 (5207R-001) watch for myself. Had a watchmaker remove all four narrow links from the bracelet, and the watch looks fine and comfortable on my hand. I appreciate that the case is slightly curved, the links on the bracelet very flexible and properly spaced.

I love the way this watch looks on my wrist. The face is beautiful, and the touch of yellow on the chronograph hand is great. I'm having trouble sizing the watch perfectly though. I'm either going to have to wear it very loose or somewhat snug. There is a small adjustment you can make with the wrist clamp, and loosening that a bit did help. One thing of note: the watch band is very shiny; I don't think the pictures convey that very well.
