I loved this item when it was shown on TV. The host said it would fit wrists 6 1/2 to 8 in. I have 6 1/2 in. Wrist, but it swims on me. I love the piece, but I can only wear it occasionally and higher up on my arm!

I workout in the early morning and wanted a basic watch with a mineralized crystal that was water proof and luminiscent. The crystal appears to be tough and the water proof feature is good.
