The Longines La Grande Classique Quartz 37 Stainless Steel (L4.766.4.17.6) watch looks very expensive. I have gotten many positive comments. The only downside is the difficulty I have seeing the hands on the face of the watch. However, I still really like the way it looks and would make the same purchase again. I have a small wrist and had six links removed.

I have owned this watch for 14 years and have worn it to work, on trips and for social occasions. This Longines watch is a reliable old friend, always on time and there when I need it. Time and day-date functions are perfect and I have only changed the battery three times. A winner!

I love the Longines watch. It keeps perfect time, looks great and the crystals are a very nice accent feature. I bought the two year protection plan so that I will have a watch for at least two years. My last watch was four times as expensive and lasted about 6 years. I expect that this one will last at least as long as the other one did.
