So far it has lived up to its name. I have used every function of the cooker except the deep frier and have been very satisfied with the results. I have used it for both smoking and grilling with both charcole and gas and I am very happy with the even cooking surface of heat. You won't make a bad decision of purchase if you want a nice watch.
