I was thinking I was sent the wrong size, as I also have about a 6 inch wrist and the small is just way too big. I ordered the white and it is gorgeous. I have several watches and they are all gorgeous and very well made. I love this watch as well, but I am not sure if I will be able to wear it for any period of time.
