I have a 6 1/4 inches wrist and it fits fine, it does not turn around due to the oval shape. I like big; bold jewelry and this fits the bill. If it was a tad smaller, I would have given it a 5. At first it didn''t want to start running but once it started no problem. Thinking about buying the white.
