This Seiko Solar Quartz Brown Leather Champagne Dial Men's SUP896 is very nice choice for a boy. My grandson received it as a 10th birthday gift and was very happy . It isn't flashy, but it looks very nice on the wrist and is not over sized and clunky looking. The fabric band seems to be very comfortable. When I questioned my grandson about it, he was adamant about not wanting something different.
