The 16613 is a two-tone version of the famous Submariner. It was available with both blue dial and bezel and a black dial and bezel. Up to approx. '98 tritium was used on the dials ('Swiss-T<25'), after which Luminova ('Swiss') and Superluminova ('Swiss Made') were used to light up the hands and indexes.

The version pictured has an exceedingly rare black Onyx dial.

This Rolex Submariner Date 16613 Onyx (16613 Onyx) watch is so gorgeous in person. I get compliments almost every time I wear it. It really looks so much prettier when you have it in your hand.
