It's good for telling time and using as an alarm and a stopwatch. The dark face is difficult to see, even in bright daylight, and the backlight does not last long enough to be useful. The buttons are so teeny that it is difficult to press them and therefore to use (and I have small fingers). it's pretty, but not as practical as I had hoped.

The watch was not quite as pictured. The work SPEEDWAY, which is in Red on the bottom is actually at the top and in black. This change makes a difference if you are going for the look of the Rolex Daytona.
