Great Omega Speedmaster Co-Axial Chronograph Black Dial Black Fabric Men's 31192445101003 watch. Not too big. No backlight. No instructions but not so complex that you can't figure it out. Locking stem nice feature if rugged use so that you don't accidentally change the time or date. Band is a little stiff but will likely soften with wear. Quality looks good. To soon to comment on reliability.

I love this watch, I bought it mainly for its 24hr feature which as a new nurse I find super helpful... saves me from subtracting 12 every time I am charting.... but, its also super cute, and the alarm function is valuable for me in my new job as well!
