Its a great Longines Evidenza watch, and the heart moniter makes for much more accurate workouts. Also, the transmitter works on the treadmills at my gym, so the watch isn't even necessary for gym workouts. The heart rate sometimes bounces around, but much less than another standard, basic polar watch I tried out before getting this nike one. Overall a great watch at affordable price.
