The Hamilton Khaki Aviation watch is good for both dress up and daily wear which is what I was looking for. The only bad feature is that is runs on the small size as far as bracelet watches go and might leave a crease in the skin depending on the size of your wrist.

Purchased the [RPO] watch for my son for Christmas. He is very fussy and I never was able to get his present just right, till now. He loved the watch, especially the shape and the band.
