The strap works well. At least, Im not afraid of the Hamilton Jazzmaster watch falling off my wrist or the clasp failing on me. The ribbed section bugs me sometimes when Im putting the watch on because the clasp catches on the ribbing. But, other than that, its great. Id buy it again.
