I received this Breitling Navitimer 01 (AB012012BB01435X) watch a couple weeks ago, and it is absolutely gorgeous. It's simple yet elegant enough to wear to work, or out. Just keep in mind that if you are slim, the band will be too big for your wrist. I have to have a couple links taken off so it will fit.
