This is truly a gorgeous Breitling Chronomat 44 (AB011012Q575131S) watch. As some reviewers have noted however, the buckle on the band does take some getting used to. The only negative is that the thickness of the watch itself combined with bulky buckle makes it so that the cuff on some of my dress shirts won't slip down over the watch.
