Beautiful craftsmanship. Nice color. Great idea for reversible band but impractical. The Bell & Ross Officer Automatic Silver Dial Stainless Steel Men's BR123-WH-ST-SS watch face isn't fixed so it slides around the band. Major design flaw. Would not recommend this purchase.
