It features a deep blue sunburst dial with an unusual 11 markers between 10 and 12 - a tribute to Monk's dissonant technique. The caseback is engraved with 'MONK ALWAYS KNOW', referring to one of Monk’s many memorable quips inspired by the letters on his custom-made ring. I just received my Oris Culture watch and it's georgeous. I can see why the rosetone sold out. The rosetone coloring is beautiful, the mother of pearl dial is rich and the crystals have a great clarity. I have other watches with a mother of pearl dial, but none have such a deep and rich coloration as this one.
