Feels great on the arm. Love the fact you can easily adjust band for perfect fit. i have a 5.5 wrist and always have to have watches adjusted and this one fit PERFECTLY after I removed the extra links! I bought this Omega Constellation watch for my bf for his birthday. It was the only one that stood out to me from the rest.It's a nice casual watch but maybe not always appropriate for day wear depending on what colors you are wearing to work etc.
