Crystals do sparkle and the band is a nice color. It is a large watch, so if you want dainty don't purchase this one. You will get noticed when you wear this watch as it does stand out. I gave it a 4 due to the size, I thought it was a bit smaller, it might be just what you want if you like the larger watches.
