I bought this little gem over 2 years ago and it keeps on ticking! I continue to get compliments on it and I really love it! Yes, I do have a small wrist and this watch fits wonderfully. It is MUCH nicer than the picture shows; detailing is beautiful. Goes particularly well with SouthWest styled jewelry but I wear it everyday.
