The band is a little stiff, and a little 'short'.I have no problem wearing 7 inch bracelets, but if you need to wear an 8 inch bracelet the bands may be too small for you. Lots of Average sized ladies wear 8 inch bracelets.

I have a smaller wrist and usally do not wear larger watchs. When I got this Longines Saint-Imier Date 38.5 (L2.763.4.52.6) watch I thought it was too large for my wrist. I have been wearing it now for over 1 month and everyone (including myself) love it! It is so cool! The rubber band is really a great idea and this watch seem to be indestructable! Great watch
