I own a lot of watches (cheap to very expensive) This Longines Lyre 35 Automatic Yellow (L4.860.2.32.2) is the perfect everyday watch. Dressed up or dressed down, this watch works with everything. I love the idea of changing out the bands. The diamonds give it a little extra flare without being over the top. The size isn't teeny or outlandishly large, which, again, makes it that great everyday watch.
