Last winter, the Maxi Banque Populaire skippered by Loïck Peyron won the Trophee Jules Verne for sailing around the world as a crew with no stopovers and no assistance.
To mark this record, the Swiss fine watchmaking company Corum presented 19 dedicated timepieces, which it gifted to each team member.
One watch was also given to the Banque Populaire as the ship owner, and Banque Populaire wished to donate this watch to a charitable organization sharing its values.
Thanks to the joint mobilization of Banque Populaire and Montres Corum, one of these watches will be auctioned on behalf of Mecenat Chirugie Cardiaque.
These watches were created on the basis of the Admiral's CUP model in titanium, but they are entirely personalized in the colors of the trophy and the sailboat. Limited Edition.
